During the summer of 2013 over a thousand community partners participated in a series of 23 Community Engagement Meetings held countywide to make an impact on the future health and wellness of residents in San Bernardino County. Partners included: local businesses, education, planning and transportation, health and human services, public safety, elected officials, government, and community and faith-based organizations.
We thank everyone who participated in this process for your support and assistance, and for the leadership you will provide as we continue the journey to make this vision a reality. Your input was critical to this initiative and gives us guidance moving forward. Please join us for a day of collaboration as we share the priority area results from the Community Engagement Meetings, hear from prominent speakers about innovative approaches, and officially release the first edition of our countywide health assessment titled: “2013 San Bernardino County: Our Community Vital Signs Report.”
This Summit is a call for action to collectively impact the current health crisis in our County to improve the overall health and well-being of residents based on the key findings presented.
If you have already registered, we thank you.
