Partners for Innovative Communities, in collaboration with Reach Out, present the 7th Annual National Innovative Communities Conference. This one-of-a-kind, two day conference is the only conference in Southern California leading the way in promoting new cutting-edge strategies and skills to create safe and healthy communities.
