The San Bernardino County Library invites you to join us at our Hesperia Branch for a New Book Festival where we will unveil thousands of new books! Come celebrate literacy by traveling through themed lands throughout the library, meet Princess Belle and Prince Charming, go on a safari, rhyme with the Cat in the Hat, build with Jumbo Blocks, meet the characters from the LEGO movie, take a picture by the Batmobile, make fun crafts, live DJ and much more.
This event is another opportunity to celebrate and support the Countywide Vision’s literacy campaign, Vision2Read. The New Book Festival will take place on Thursday, Jan. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. The first 500 people to arrive at the event will receive a free bag. Bring your library card and be the first to check out thousands of new items and you could be entered into several opportunity drawings that will take place throughout the event. Don’t forget to come dressed as your favorite character. All activities are free and open to all ages.
The Hesperia Branch Library is located at 9650 7th Avenue.
