Footsteps2Brilliance is a transformative pre-k through 3rd grade literacy solution that utilizes mobile technology to connect school, home, and the community for academic success. Through the San Bernardino County Footsteps2Brilliance Literacy Partnership with San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, San Bernardino County Preschool Services, First 5 San Bernardino, and Children’s Fund, all children in San Bernardino County ages 0-5 have access to Footsteps2Brilliance free of charge.
